evening run. seemed very humid. I was slow, the trail is a little to blame. Very sweaty, gravel was sticking to me and getting in my shoes and it got dark on me. Ended up getting raw on my thighs and some blisters on my feet from the gravel.
Ran shortly after dinner too. That aided to the discomfort. At least i got all my runs in this week. Week 1 of marathon training complete.
