First time I had a long, easy run. I was suggested to run like this 3-4 weeks a day by some nice people on here.
It felt good. Very good. I just started feeling pain under my right foot near the end, which also was the reason I stopped. I could have ran for 1/1.5km more.
The next day I had severe hip flexor pain on both sides. I stretched a lot and massaged the muscles. The next day again, wednesday, it was gone.
