Notes

Kept up with the 2:25 pace group for the first 7 miles. Lost some mental focus and took a bunch of walk breaks in the second half of the run. My hip didn't explode too badly. I took naproxen right after the run, and did some great stretches, which seemed to help. Still stiff and sore.

Buying a treadmill tomorrow, and putting it in the basement.
