Notes
Did the 10K on Running Green for Crossroads Trail Run; 1st 10k, 1st trail run.
Went well; Don and the boys did the 2k.
I slowed down quite a bit at the end; had a nice lady push my pace the first 4 miles, but lost her the last part.
Got very hot, and poured water over my head. Bonus: did not destroy phone in belt!
