Twisted my Right ankle yesterday- it was already feeling a little wonky, and it has a tiny little pocket of swelling at the ATF ligt area. Wrapped it and my mechanics were all off. So ran without wrap, and it felt fine. No pain while running, only when I passively invert.
I'll live. Glad the race went well. I thought I'd make it under 20 min, and was very happy with my time!
