nice long run with jon, jeff, paul, sanjay, keefe, lindsay, jim, joe. kept it pretty relaxed and then picked it up a bit for the second half of battle road. started my way out to do 6 more after the first 14, but stomach wasn't feeling good after a bunch of water, so I did some drills and strides with Keefe instead. Much better than last time on this route.
