5k tempo on the treadmill. Negative split starting at 5:49, mile 2 at 5:42, and the last 1.1 starting at 5:30 and bringing it down to 5:00 at the finish. Felt good, was really happy that I was able to stay relaxed and continue to pick up the pace throughout.
Also, this is a 30 second 5k PR, if that means anything.
right knee a bit sore after.
