Notes

Not my smartest run. Gradually increased pace up to 6:47 mile pace peaking at around 17 minutes total tread mill time. Slowed to a walk to bring HR down to 140 but HR remained elevated once I returned to even a slow pace (10 min/mile pace).

Ran hard because I knew I would not be able to run on Wednesday due to travel.
