Notes

The morning of I was very nervous about this workout. I was going into it aiming for 10 hills. During the workout I was feeling very tired and awful at the third hill. However, we stayed as a close knit group and we got into a pretty consistent rhythm and were able to pump out 10 hills. Very proud of my self and the rest of group three for staying tough.
