Solo run after doing some work. Didn't get much sleep last night at Connor's, but that usually doesn't make much of a difference. Went out up the hill and through the VA trails to Shepherd's Lane (was hurting and slogging up the hills) and back down to the field, which I hit at 16:14. Killed the four laps I did in 18:18, then headed home in 6:26. That means I did 3.67 miles in 24:34, sub-7 pace (fueled by pure hate). Considering I ran the first 16 minutes pretty sloggy and the trails are slow as hell, I'll call this 5.6 miles. Foot bugged me after.
