Hustled out of school and drove to Springfield. In the pool at 3:20. 15 minute warm up, 5x8 minutes tempo with 2 minute easy running in between, 12 minute cool down. I had planned to get out halfway and take a bathroom break and that's what I did, 1:45 break between the 3rd and 4th reps. Legs kinda tightened up from getting out of the water. All in all, great workout with lots of quality. Tomorrow long run 90-100 minutes in the pool again. College choices essentially reduced to UVM, Stony Brook, and potentially Hartford and Binghamton. Can't wait to race in the America East!
