Notes

Pool workout. 15 minute warm up including 4x15 second strides, 3x5 minute VO2 max, with a one minute jog,15 min easy, 3 minutes all out, 10 minute cool down. HR was very hard and really really killed myself on those intervals. Most I've ever hurt in the pool.
