Treadmill in Miami. Blister was absolutely killing me, but I actually decided to do a little workout. Did a 1.5 mile warm up in 11:04, a three mile progression in 18:53 (6:27, 6:20, 6:06) then a 1.5 mile cool down in 10:35. Felt strong on the tempo. Finished up to 42 minutes to account for any treadmill inaccuracy. Crushed it. Blister still kills, but first mini-workout in the books. Light work.
