Pretty easy 75 on the exercise bike at flex because the bike at home on the trainer wasn't working right. That's a different bike and it simulates actually riding much better (ie pedals a lot harder). Super sweaty and just miserable experience. Dedication here. Heart rate monitor didn't work.
