Notes

Good pool run session. As usual, when you do it after running your legs are quite heavy for 20 minutes. Then they loosen up and feel good. As usual, I kept the effort quite high with the pulse hovering in the 150-155 range. Solidly in threshold zone as the HR is lower in the water. Good workout.
