Good workout solo. Running in short shorts and no shirt prompted some hoots and hollering from the soccer game that was taking place adjacent to the track, but I stayed focused and ran a solid workout. The objective was to hit around 5:50 to 6:00 for the first one and hopefully feel good and bring it down. The pace came too easy though, I felt like I was going pretty slow going out in 1:28 for the first rep so I picked it up a little bit. I only took one minute between reps to keep the heart rate nice and high. I think I was slightly over my threshold during this so I need to be a little smarter next time. You only get so many hard efforts, and I don't really want ANY of them to be used over the summer. Overall I'm happy with this.
