Notes
The plan for this was a 4 mile progression starting at 5:40 down to 5:00 hopefully. The slight downhill and tailwind first half mile had me out so hard. 5:27 at the mile and was working. Just tried to keep it as relaxed as possible from there but was definitely starting to feel the pain, so I decided to do 3 miles and then finish. I actually did just over 5k and Strava gave me a PR (16:49) which is nice. I keep building up good strength and I think I could tie my PR on the track right now. But give me some speed and sharpeners and I'll crush it eventually. This hurt and I'm a little bummed I didn't do the workout how I planned but I still got in a very good effort.
