I ran with Collin today. I felt pretty weak most of the way, although the pace was decent for a post-race recovery run. My left IT band is giving me problems now. I gotta go easy from here on in. It's about time to start tapering for the state meet, although we'll run about 10 miles on Saturday. Nice and easy though.
