Notes

15 minute warm up, 3x10 minute threshold with 2 minutes recoveries, 16 minute cool down. I don't remember if this was actually 1:07 or if strava just added two minutes for a bathroom break, but I'm taking it. Good workout, averaged 160 overall and maxed at 190. 10 minutes isn't long for threshold on a bike, so this wasn't too hard. Probably went a little over 1 hour pace, but that's fine.
