Beautiful day, unfortunately it was cooling off by the time I got out of class. Tried to just jog easily around the fields and started in 7:42, but quickly ran a 7:06 second mile. I don't know how... Kept trying to keep it easy but it just wasn't as easy as it should be. Really need to work on that. Closed in 6:55. Ran shirtless. Can't wait for spring.
