Notes
It's been cooler, thankfully. I felt my strongest yet today on the standard sesh. 7 min walk warmup, 4x8 min run/1 min walk, walk cool down. Was in a nice rhythm until the hill towards the end. Have neglected my exercises a bit lately, but I've just been so tired. Today I walked at least 4 miles in addition to the walks I did on the run. It tires me out a bit, but I think it's good endurance training.
