Notes
I just came home from Virginia and a visit with Sean, Tess, Joe, and Elise. I feel as if I am gaining weight by the day, which only adds to the melancholy I attempt to fight off. Sinking into a pit of irritability is not what I wish to do, so to double down on fitness is my only choice. Anyways, I felt good on this day. I've never gone to Chester first, and I regretted it on the steep parts of the climb. However, I think this direction results in a faster overall time. Time to watch the Tour.
