Notes

Rode with Willie with Strava, aiming for some segments. I did all of the work per usual, but felt pretty good getting to Grafton in 27 low again. The main segment we were going for was the Grafton Bump, which is 1 mile out of Grafton up the hill to Chester. I hammered up the steep part at 10 mph getting a gap on Willie, then sort of relaxed on the flatter part and he caught me. We finished side by side with me a nose ahead at 4:05 on my watch, but Strava gave me a 4:18. Oh well. I thought about going for a segment later on that road, but decided not to. I was planning on doing the 103 segment, but when we got to Chester there was a huge headwind. I did all of the work and was getting tired, so Willie took off when we got to Pleasant Valley Road for a segment there. I was 1:11:20 there, I believe. I started to push a little more once I got to the top of those climbs, and got home a minute slower than him. Slow way back, but the wind was ridiculous. Decent ride.
