Beautiful day at the bike path, so it was crowded. With Josh today. Went out in 34:30 despite battling a headwind and people in the way. So it was a blazing effort out. On the way back we decided to just relax in because I really didn't feel like battling people again. So essentially it was a 35 minute aerobic session, which is fine. Beautiful day.
