Miserable run at the high school. It was hot and I for some reason wore a T-shirt. It was silly to bike right before this. I was going to run with Coach Eno but he was out quite slow so I went ahead with George. I just felt worse and worse as this went on. My foot was alright during the run though. Came through the Summer 5 in 35:57 then added on. 5x15 second strides afterwards. Foot aching later on. Still planning on a tempo tomorrow.
