Notes

Threshold workout. 15 minute warm up, 4x8 minutes at tempo with 2 minute rests. A few minutes easy, then 5x15 second sprints with 45 seconds easy in between. Intense lactic acid flooded my legs, especially after they were tired from the long workout. Don't remember how long my cool down was, but I know it was 73 minutes total.
