Good fartlek 30-60-90 workout w/ Willie. Our whole team did this workout, but they were behind us. I killed it today. I don't really know how fast our on sections were, but I hammered. We had to take an extended rest where the trail is rough. The rest was 7:30 ish pace. The last on section was 3:10, because I just wanted to finish it off. It felt good. It was a beautiful day. Super good workout, and I'm so excited about how fit I am right now.
