Hard evening solo ride on Willie's bike as mine is at the shop. Felt weird, comfortable but slow. But I rode fast. Lots of things on my mind and wanted to vent my anger. Hit 5 miles in just over 17 minutes and just hammered. Turned around at 36:05 at 18.1 kilometers. Hammered hard on the way back and negative split 32:15 for that. Absolutely crushed it. Too bad I missed my split on Pleasant Valley Road, that must have been a record.
