Got back in the pool. The plan is to do 2-3 hours of pool running per week, until I get back up to 45-50 mpw. I did this hard. Basically threshold heart rate. But that's the way I think I get the most benefit. I also wasn't really that tired afterwards. Coupled with a run, and a solid session of exercises, that's a solid day of training. Feet hurting though. Really bummed about that. Not sure what to do...
