First real run back after my stress fracture. Back and legs are lit up from yesterday’s sessions. But I was so happy to get out for a jog on a beautiful spring morning. Lots of work to do to get back in running shape but I love to do it. It’s time to chase down my dream. Sub-4 1,500 and sub-15 5k on the track by June. It’s happening.
