Notes

Drove to the Springfield pool for a morning sesh in the water. Was thinking about a workout and then I got super motivated. Did a ten minute warm up, then 4x10 minutes hard with just a one minute rest. It ended up being tough. Definitely my hardest pool sesh yet. 7 minute cool down to make it an even hour. Gonna hit ten hours of training this week with a bike ride later. Legendary.
