Notes

Good tempo on the treadmill at home. Started out at 9.6 and quickly pushed it to 10 mph before the half mile. Because the thing takes so long to get going and I started slower I hit the mile 6:11. Was just bothered a little bit at the beginning, but then felt better and better. The initial plan was a 20 minute tempo (so 20:30) but when I got there I wanted to keep going so I just did 3.5 and added on for 40 more seconds. So 3.61 miles in 21:52. Good sesh, felt like a true threshold. I definitely have a 17:30 or under in me right now. Once I do some speed work and 5k sessions I'll knock off some real time.
