Decent second track workout back to it. My hands were cold and my feet got numb (which I was kinda worried about) but I mostly hit my paces. It was hard. I was hurting on the 400s, but I did realize that taking a full 2 minute recovery makes a difference. I didn't really time them, but I tried to make sure I felt good before going. I assume these intervals will just get faster every week until I'm hitting 63s and 64s in a little over a month. Race on Thursday.
