Pretty hard workout. Started off with a 71, stopping at a stop sign. Then I just tried to match the effort the rest of the way, taking very slow jogs and a lot of rest in between (probably about four minutes.) The lactic acid was almost unbearable. I was tying up on the third and fourth reps. Not totally sure about the distance, but I would say it was a little long. Calves are incredibly sore right now.
