Track workout with Kevin, Wes, Nurlan, and Nick. I don't remember exactly what I did during this workout, but I did 1.3 miles total according to strava. I think I had 2200 meters total. I know most of the splits, just not the middle 200s. I think they were all around 32 except the ones I have the decimals for. I was hyped about that 67 and that 29.5. Considering the snow on the track and a bit of wind on the backstretch, this was solid. My speed is further along than I thought. Also, spikes make a massive difference. It was nice to finally hit the track with other people. The perceived effort is a lot lower when you're not alone.
