Not a fun run. Was tired and trying to go slowly, but got just a little carried away. 7:19, 7:08, 7:00, 6:59, 6:53, 6:31, 6:14 pace. It was absolutely miserable out. I ran without my foot taped, and it hurt. I'm not sure what to do about it. Some letdown from yesterday's fun...
