Biked with the team again and Jonah biked with me. Went back and forth a lot to see the guys. Got in some hard stuff, like about 15 minutes at threshold, and a little section at VO2 max (got HR up to 200 for the first time.) Then went easy for the last 25 minutes or so. Not a huge workout.
