Pretty good workout solo on the dirt road by my house. I assume it was 200 meters because I ran pretty damn hard for 35 seconds the first time and marked the line. I decided to make it a progression workout after the second one. Sprinted really hard on the last one. Hopefully this will enable me to actually kick at New England's, rather than have my legs lock up with 200 to go and not have a sprint. At the very least, I should be under 4:30 for the full mile.
