Notes

First track workout in about six months at Fall Mountain's track with Lindsay watching. I did 3x100 meter strides to warm up, supposedly at mile race pace. Felt slow as hell. Started the workout on pace with a 1:29 first lap. Didn't find the pace naturally dropping as I hoped, but I just sort of grinded it out. Took 60 second rests. Would feel good at the beginning of each rep but aerobically hurting a bit toward the end. The pace did come down eventually. Did the extra 800 and then called it a day. Work done, not as easy as I hoped, but a good sesh.
