Decent little workout with Ferenc. It was a lot harder than I thought would be, and the rests were a little bit too short. That track is so slow it's ridiculous. We probably ran more than 200 meters too. Oh well. I know it probably wasn't the smartest thing to do this workout the day after a huge one, but it's no big deal; these are still like strides, and while the times were etxtremely slow, we got the effort in. I'm getting fitter than ever; I can tell. I look and feel it. I'm eating better (less, and skipping desert often) I'm doing my core and other exercises every day, I'm sleeping very well, I'm stretching again, my mileage is going up, and I'm working on my sprint speed. It doesn't come without costs though...
