Good race. I stayed in the top 5 the whole way. A kid kept cutting me off. We were out in 31 high and then relaxed to run 67 for the first lap. Then about a 71 for 2:18. I then ran about a 2:19 for a 4:37.10. Really, really happy. The top seed led the whole race then got kicked down and got fifth. I think I was fourth. I didn't kick too hard. Wicked excited.
