Notes

Solid hard workout. Very stiff/sore when I started probably because of the morning session. Did an 8 minute warm up, 4x10 second sprints with 3 minute jogs in between, then a few minutes easy, then 35 minute tempo (had to get out in the middle for about a minute to go the bathroom) then 5x20 second stride with 20 second jog rest, then 6 minute cool down. Contemplating taking time off pool running to see if that helps my feet heal. I really think it puts some stress on them.
