Notes

10 minute warm up at 147 average, 1 hour tempo at 170 average, (took it easier to start), 21 minute cool down at 165 average. 166 overall average. Longest ride so far, and it felt like an entire day. Watch says I burned over 1,000 calories, and of course I did. A one hour tempo is serious stuff. Did this right after lifting too.
