I felt absolutely awful as I began my 2x2 miles at 12:00-11:50 session. Was out in about 1:28 and battling the wind, way over my threshold. Just rigging up running a 6 minute mile. I knew I was done, so I stopped and bagged the long workout. I would've been digging my own grave if I continued. It could be the heat, having not eaten enough (I was dizzy walking up the stairs earlier and went to bed starving the night before), me just being tired from the training load (with x-training it's adding up to decent hours), the wind... there are a lot of possible explanations. I'm not too disappointed in it, it's only one workout. Afterwards I ate a ton of food and drank a few Mikes #recovery.
