Good pool run after lifting. Felt strong and put in a moderate to light threshold effort. Pretty much the zone I should be in mostly. Mixed in 5x10 second sprints. Those are so hard in the pool. But got turnover going. Also set a PR for laps. 14 in this time, 13.5 in 29:36. Most positive thing is knee did not bother me, so I stopped while I was ahead. Getting stronger every day!
