Good speed sesh with Willie. Was initially planning to just do slightly faster than 36, but I got a little excited. The speed is there, at least a little bit, which excites me. Give me a month of good speed sessions and I'll be in good shape. I think in an all-out 200 I could get well under 30 right now, which I didn't expect. I'm starting my sprints next week too, which should help with everything. I averaged 34.8 for these. I'll probably start doing my speed workouts like this from now on, mile pace or a little easier down to 800 or a bit quicker. It feels good to progress like that. Happy with this workout.
