Notes

3x15 second strides on grass to warm up. First speed workout in a very long time. Decent solo sesh on the track. Felt moderately relaxed and was trying to just hit 36 or so. Did pretty well at that. I don't know if I could even break 5 right now, but that will come. Thanks to Lindsay for writing my splits down.
