Tough run after bike. Ran around town in my new shoes. They were cool except I got a painful hotspot on my right big toe where my calluses usually are. I felt pretty miserable as soon as I hit a hill. HR stayed high. I did the 5k course in about 22:25 as part of this. That hill killed me. Good work today though.
