Good race here. Went out pretty hard (30.5 and 46.0) then a 63. It definitely slowed down in the middle. However, I found a decent kick and I think I was 65. Dan beat me by a little over a second and Malcolm beat me by 4 seconds. I finally dipped under 4:30 with a 4:24.7x converted!!! Pretty pumped and also got the D3 state record. While I feel like I could go faster in a better paced race, I'm happy with it. I'll wait until indoor to get that PR down, most likely.
