Notes

Morning pool run after lower body lift. 15 minute warm up including 2x15 second strides and 2x8 second sprints, 8x1 minute hard w/2 minute jog/moderate rests, 8 minute cool down including another stride and sprint. Grinding hard to come back to running in better shape than ever.
